Attessia supplies digital products, managed service outputs and deployment handover material directly to the purchasing customer.
PQC Witness
Attessia returns an attestation output and verification evidence. Customers do not receive Attessia internal infrastructure access.
PQC Core
PQC Core is supplied only after customer, destination, end-user and intended-use review. Orders may be cancelled or refunded if access cannot be provided.
White-Glove
Deployment support is arranged only after successful PQC Core purchase and suitability review. Non-UK scope is considered separately.
Delivery expectations
For this release route, fulfilment begins after cleared funds are received and any required suitability review is complete. Bank details are supplied only on private proforma or invoice documents.
Most product and service communications are handled by email. Some services require customer information before work can begin. If Attessia needs clarification, delivery timing may depend on the customer response.
