Terms for Attessia products and services.

Attessia is operated by Jon Riley trading as Attessia, a UK sole trader. Attessia is not VAT registered.

Products and services

Attessia provides technical evidence products and services. Product pages describe the included product or service boundary. Anything outside that boundary must be agreed separately in writing.

Licence, transfer and resale restrictions

Unless Attessia agrees otherwise in writing, Attessia products, installers, templates, witness packs, verification tooling and licence-bound runtimes are licensed only to the named customer, order, organisation or registered licence holder. They must not be forked, resold, sublicensed, redistributed, mirrored for download, transferred to another organisation, used to provide an unauthorised competing service, or supplied to a third party without Attessia approval and any required licence re-registration. Customers may use the evidence outputs they generate for their own internal records, customer handovers, audit support and verification purposes, but the underlying Attessia product or service package remains subject to these licence and transfer restrictions.

Payment and review

For this initial release period, Attessia issues proforma invoices or written quotes before supply. Attessia may review customer, destination, end-user, intended use and onward-transfer information before supplying restricted products. White-Glove Deployment is scoped through a quote / scoping call before supply. Bank details are supplied only on private proforma or invoice documents, never on this website. Bank-transfer checks may require the exact account-holder name shown on the private proforma or invoice. If a request cannot proceed after review, Attessia may refuse, cancel or refund it as appropriate.

Review-gated access products

PQC Core Self-Install is supplied only after customer, destination, end-user and intended-use review. White-Glove Deployment is supplied through quote / scoping review and is scheduled only after scope, destination, access and environment details are agreed.

PQC Witness boundary

PQC Witness Uplift is an Attessia-operated attestation service. Customers receive witness outputs and verification evidence; they do not receive PQC Core, keys, signing-system access or Attessia infrastructure access.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, checking suitability for their environment, retaining supplied evidence and obtaining legal or compliance advice where required.

Sanctions, end-use and transfer restrictions

Attessia may refuse, delay, cancel or refund any request involving sanctioned parties, unlawful use, harmful misuse, inaccurate end-user information, unsupported destinations, or onward transfer not expressly authorised by Attessia.

Assurance boundary

Attessia evidence supports inspection and verification of supplied material. It does not guarantee that software is defect-free, secure, legally compliant or suitable for every environment.
